This function is allocated to the TVF. TVF tasks are: -Operating the daily time transfer links to UTC(k) laboratories -required for the prediction of UTC, the periodic calibration of the equipment; - Continuously predicting UTC; -Providing Galileo with the daily predicted value of UTC-GST time and -frequency offset and the UTC-GST daily steering (modulo 1 second) -correction; -Interfacing with the BIPM by receiving from BIPM the -Circular T (UTC-UTC(k)(historical)); -Interfacing IERS/BIPM by receiving from it information on -TAI-UTC offset (leap second);
