Keeping our bodies clean

 It is so important to brush our teeth twice a day.  In the morning after we eat breakfast and at night before bed.  We need to do it for 2 whole minutes.  We also need to floss our teeth at least once a day.

 It is important that we take a bath or shower at least once a day.  We have to stay clean to keep the germs away.  It is also good to stay smelling fresh for you and those around you!

Keep things washed and cleaned

Doctors are really nice and they are very helpful.
