Mind Map For your module assessment, you will be answering this question: do the choices we make affect ourselves, those around us, and our future? You will choose one text to dissect and focus on to extract evidence and support your argument. Now that we are done with our texts for this unit, take a minute to decide which text you will be focusing on. After you have decided, you will be creating a mind map. A mind map is a visual form of note taking; it is also a form of literary response. You will use colors, pictures, and words to identify key components of the text that was read. Be creative!! Include the following: Story’s Title/Person’s Name Main characters Setting (time and place) Conflict (type and description) Figurative language (examples) Significant quotes Any other relevant information that you deem important.
