Step 1 IN INK Number FRONT and BACK of each page in the UPPER corner (1-140). Pages can’t be removed even if you make a mistake.

Step 2 On Page One: The Title Page Write the following “(your name)’s Science Notebook. ex: Sally Smith’s Science Notebook Include the following on this page: –Your Class Hour –Mrs. Hillis Later you may decorate this page with science related graphics (school appropriate!)

Step 3 On Pages 3-8: Cut out and tape a “Table of Contents” page on pages 3-8.

Step 4 On Page 139: Title this page “Contacts for Help” –Write the following address on the first line; –Write the following web address on the second line; (the above are my address and my website address) This page will be used for information pertaining to science resources.

Step 5 On Page 140: Title this page “You’ve Got Mail”. I may write comments on this page when I grade your notebooks.

Step 6 On Pages : Title all 6 of these pages “Glossary”. Cut out and tape the in the provided glossary pages.

Step 7 Return to Page 3 (the first page of your table of contents): Fill in the “page number” section on your table of contents. You should fill in pages Finally, fill in the name for each of the pages you have created today in your table of contents. –You should have entries for pages 1-8 and
