Botulism Sources: inadequately processed, home-canned foods, but occasionally commercially produced foods Symptoms: double vision, blurred vision, drooping eyelids, slurred speech, difficulty swallowing, dry mouth, and muscle weakness

E-Coli Sources: undercooked ground beef, fresh produce, such as lettuce and spinach, unpasteurized apple and orange juices, raw milk, alfalfa sprouts, and water. Symptom: abdominal pain and severe cramps, bloody diarrhea

Hepatitis Sources: spreads from person-to-person (a worker uses the bathroom, doesn’t wash hands, prepares food and spreads the virus) Symptoms: flu-like symptoms, muscle aches, headache, loss of appetite, abdominal discomfort, fever
