2015 Flood Fight  “Public Safety through Partnering”  Carrollton Gauge  Over 11 ft Mid-March until Mid-August (break in May)  Over 15 ft for about 3 weeks July-August  141 days of flood fighting  Activated EOC to daily operations in Phase I and 24 hour operations in Phase II.  MVN coordinated inspections along the MR&T system with levee districts.  Implemented high river requirements on permitted sites in coordination with levee districts, permit holders, & USACE construction contractors.  10,940 total USACE man hours.  Additional Information  Record stages reached at Carrollton from 22-Jul to 12-Aug.  330 Inspection points total  141 seepage areas  32 sand boils
