The evaluation of the potential of the team members is vital to make sure that, on the one hand, the proper people are in the team, on the other hand, that there is perfect synchronization between the profile of a man/woman and his/her job. Moreover, an effective leadership means also tracing a team strategy, so as it might overcome competition. The best way to measure leadership in corporations is in terms of team performance. Then, this may be quantified also by obtaining a feedback from the team members in relation with the performance of the leader. Hard work and the wish to do a good job are important values both for the young people, and for the elder. In business, no matter the age or the generation, the basic principles must be understood and assumed: focus on customers, integrity, team spirit, etc. Bucharest2 What influences an efficient leadership? How can we measure leadership impact? Is there any change in younger leaders management? Are their values different?

A wrong approach in this respect is to select the future leaders depending on their preferences and the likings of the current leaders. The program used in organizations of identification of talents is closely related to policies and not to potential. The fastest, the most cost-effective and objective way of identifying and developing leaders is by using a process of systematic assessment. Men are not better leaders than women. There are as many incompetent male leaders, as female incompetent leaders. When the women are good, they are as good as men, when they are inefficient, they are as inefficient as men. Bucharest3

It is considered that motivational persistence is the core of individual motivational, which assures stability and consistency, while motivational involvement refers to the qualitative component of motivation, which assures adaptation and shaping depending on the particular features of the social context and personal needs. Capacity of a person to persevere in point of behavior and motivation in the effort to attain ambitious objectives, to the tendency to persist in the objective- driven actions, to invest time and effort and energy to attain the set purpose, not to give up. The motivational persistence of a person is the greater as that person has a hyper-exact type of personality (perfectionist and meticulous, strictly follows the schedules) is more involved emotionally in his/her work, are mai multă energie, is self-assessed as having good performance, considers that he/she knows himself/herself better and tends to present himself/herself in a much more favorable light than the others. It is considered that distinguishes ‘success’ from ‘failure’, „normality” from „success” is give by individual motivational persistence, irrespective of the type of final reward agreed. Bucharest5

PERSEVERENCE Perseverance in the effort of attaining some pre-set objectives; to resist motivationally in spite of obstacles, difficulties or duration of the task ; stubbornness oriented to attaining pre-set objectives. PURPOSE Seeking and selecting exciting objectives and mentally drawing strategies to attain them; paying attention to new opportunities oportunităţi and being one step un front of the others. ORGANIZATION Planning and organizing the effort to attain difficult objectives, to identify required resources, develop the proper conditions to achieve tasks; to consistently supervise the application of the pre-set stages. CONCENTRATION Focus on the essential, on purpose- and main motivation associated activities ; to be absorbed by what he/she is doing; to be resistant to troublesome factors. OBSTACLE To insist in front of obstacles, to seek and find alternative solutions of constructively overcome them, to use flexibility in the sense of finding an alternative solution to attain initial objectives. AMBITION Ambition, the need to be in competition and to overcome the others or to achieve ever more ; the desire to be the best ; the propensity to compare with the best. The 8 factors/capacities/skills Bucharest6
