International and Summer Programs  International Programs (IP) is the systemwide study abroad program of the California State University System.  International Engagement: The California State University is engaged globally in a wide variety of activities.  Summer Arts - California State University Summer Arts is a multidisciplinary systemwide program offering academic credit plus a festival in the visual, performing, and literary arts.
