3  „e-Auction“ is continuing process as a part of public procurement procedure, which uses only electronic means, where bidders represents new prices - discounts within their offer in fixed frame of tender details  It is not a separate public procurement procedure, it is a special process within any of procedures e-Auctions – legal platform Luxembourg, 1 October 2015
