 A “Lab Safety Guide” is being passed out to you  Fold it in half on the long side like a book  Place glue on the back side of the right half and glue it onto the inside cover of your science notebook

 A formula chart and Creating Graphs handout is being passed out to you  Flip the formula chart over and glue the bottom 1/3 to the TOP of the back page  Glue the Creating Graphs handout over the last page

 Put your Name and Period on the back of your science book with a marker  Turn to page R44 and GENTLY remove the page  Trim the page down and glue it to the back inside cover of your notebook

 Now turn 4 pages from the back  Take your sticky and label it “TEK Tracker”  Glue and place the sticky on the lower right side of the page as a tab TEK Tracker

 On the first page of your science notebook, write your name, period and teacher  Now, draw on and decorate the second page with anything that is school appropriate

 Please bring in supplies if you haven’t already done so  Complete and turn in forms  Have a great weekend!
