Career Plan & Skills Career plan should be created to help shape future career goals The process of communication impacts the way we influence the behavior of others

Important documents Resume Document that states previous work experience, Best to include “references available upon request.” Be sure to ask permission before using someone as a references. Job Application Document you fill out to give initial, basic information about yourself

After submitting important documents… Interview If the future employer is impressed with your resume and application, they may call for a follow up interview. If you do not know the answer to an interview question, admit that you do not know the answer. Positive body language- firm hand shake, eye contact, smiling
