OUR PARISH HISTORY Our Church was built here in XXXX Since XXXX we’ve supported the People of the Parish We’ve witnessed change … We’ve witnessed growth … We’ve always been there, as the heart of the community. PARISH FUNDING PROGRAMME

MISSION: OUR STRATEGY Mission – we want to say: We are called by Jesus to share our faith. Mission -We want to do: Support overseas mission Encourage the congregation to share their faith openly. PARISH FUNDING PROGRAMME

DISCIPLESHIP: OUR STRATEGY Discipleship – we want to say: We apply our faith to our lives and pray for one another. Discipleship – we want to do: Develop and encourage prayer partnerships. Appoint a minister to work with the older generations. PARISH FUNDING PROGRAMME

SERVICE: OUR STRATEGY PARISH FUNDING PROGRAMME Service – we want to say: We believe that God wants to transform our community through word and action. Service – we want to do: Serve our community by hiring a Youth and Family Worker Build on our monthly Elderly Lunch Club Establish a Toddlers Group

STEWARDSHIP: OUR STRATEGY PARISH FUNDING PROGRAMME Stewardship – we want to say: We have a well resourced and gifted ministry team and every member is encouraged to play their part. Stewardship – we want to do: Our building is used by the local community. Encourage everyone to use their gifts in service.

A PRAYER Our Almighty God, mindful of your extraordinary goodness to us, we dare to ask for more. Help us to grow in discipleship, share our faith with those around us and help those in need – to see your kingdom come on earth as in heaven. May your Holy Spirit equip us to make a difference in our community. We ask this not for our sake but for the glory of Jesus, our Saviour and Lord. Amen PARISH FUNDING PROGRAMME
