Who we fund All faiths and denominations across the UK that are responsible for listed places of worship

What we fund Urgent repairs* to roofs and rainwater disposal systems *By urgent we mean repairs that are needed within the next two years

Costs we can cover Professional fees - no more than 15% of project costs Capital repair work, including under-roof insulation Specialist reports and further investigations Bat surveys and mitigation measures Contingency & Inflation CDM – Construction Design and Management Co-ordinator

Costs we can’t cover internal decoration other structural repairs e.g windows the cost of existing staff time existing organisational costs

Match Funding Not a mandatory requirement – but will be viewed in your favour Avoid large amounts of unsecured match funding LPW VAT Grant Scheme must be included

VAT VAT on all professional fees and eligible repairs must be reclaimed from the LPW VAT grant scheme
