The main characters There are three main characters in hatchet and one is a thirteen year old boy named Brian Robeson and his mother and a bush plane pilot

The story take place in the late 20 th century. The location is in the Canadian wilderness.

The external conflict is he has to survive in the Canadian wilderness with no food or shelter no fire. The internal conflict is he has to be out in the wilderness with the thought of his parents divorce on his mind.

The plane crashed and Brian is stranded in a forest in Canada. He was shot by a porcupines quill and he discovered fire. he made a bow and arrow and learned how to fish. A plane passed by and didn’t see Brian. A moose attacked Brian and a tornado destroyed his shelter

He saw the tail of the plane and went in and got a survival pack. He got rescued and got over the secret.

The climax is when he was attacked by a moose and got his shelter destroyed by a tornado.

He was rescued by a plane and he got over his parents divorce.

You shouldn’t keep a secret all to yourself.
