Proposed New Agreements in Principle After public safety, we acknowledge the primacy of habitat restoration in the restoration plan. We agree that early integration of all interests is essential to the plan’s success. We agree to think in multiple time frames and keep the long-term goal in mind while developing recommendations to the Project Management Team.
