+ Does Anaemia even affect many people? Yes anemia affects more than ¼ of the world, In fact in Australia, ,000 People were found with anemia with women more likely than men. 40 million Children are suffering

+ So what is Anaemia? Anemia is a lifestyle disease where people suffer from iron deficiency. In result to anemia is lack of oxygen running through the body.

+ So how do I get anaemia? You get anemia from constantly eating foods that are not rich in iron such as red meat, poultry, fish, eggs, lentils, vegetables, nuts, seeds, wholegrain bread etc.

+ So how do I prevent myself from getting Anaemia? To prevent yourself from anemia make sure you eat foods that are rich in iron. Check weekly that you are not experiencing any of the symptoms.

+ What are the signs of Anaemic people? The signs of getting anemia are the things you and others around you can see. The signs are: PALE SKIN BECOMING IRRATATED EASILY COGNITIVE HEALTH

+ What are the Symptoms of anaemic people The symptoms of Anemia are the ones that YOU can only feel. The symptoms include - Shortness of breathe - Coldness in hands and feet - Headaches - Dizziness - Chest pain - Fatigue -Weakness
