Presentation transcript:

Green Way Lawn Care Service

 Provide quality lawn care for people who don’t own the proper equipment or don’t have the time or the ability to care for their own lawns.

 Earn money  Have fun

 Too many lawns for me to mow by myself  I want to continue the business

 Last year’s customers asked for the service again  Neighbors of last year’s customers have asked about the service  I already own two mowers and other equipment that I used last year

 I can mow all the lawns myself ◦ Advantages  I would get all the profits ◦ Disadvantages  I would risk injury, overextending myself  I might not do a good job, and customer satisfaction could suffer  I would have little free time  I would have to keep up with all billing and collection

 I do not mow lawns this year ◦ Advantages  I would have lots of free time ◦ Disadvantages  I would have little spending money  I would need to find a summer job that might not pay as much  I would not be using the equipment I own

 Recommend I ask Marcus and Julia to join the business  We could work together to earn money and satisfy customers  Marcus and Julia, will you join the business?
