An example of this could be Pre-formatting the ‘Date Started’ column with a ‘Traffic Light’ principle to indicate the state of an Employee’s Probation Period. In this example, the Dynamic Back Colour and Dynamic Text Colour are set to make the Data: Turn Green for the first part of an Employee’s Probation Period Turn Yellow for the last 5 Days of the Period Turn Red with White Text if they have gone beyond the Period and not had the Probation Tick-Box cleared.
