Concepts of Work – Syllabus Outline Changes in Patterns of Work and Work Availability to Include: (Higher Level Only) a) The effect of developing technology on industry. b) The decline in primary and secondary industries and the increase in woik in the service industries. c) Increased participation by women in employment. d) Improved working conditions. e) Increased flexibility in working hours ie.
