Purpose  Manage IHE concepts model  Manage tests definitions  Share concepts and test definition with more than one client.

Requirements  One model many clients

Issues  Todays solution is based on database replication  Instant update  Client can not have its own life  If client add its own tests definition then synchronization is lost.

What’s next ?  Better lifecycle management of the components of the model  Transactions can not be deprecated  Allow marking object as deleted  Model consistency check tools  Some tools already exists need to extend them
