Review of Colors GREEN: How can I stay on GREEN? BLUE: How will I get to BLUE? YELLOW: How will I get to YELLOW? RED: How will I get to RED? PURPLE: How will I get to PURPLE?

The important thing to remember is… YOU are responsible for your own actions! YOU can get back on GREEN! Give an example: How might a student get off of GREEN, but then earn their way back to GREEN? When is going back to GREEN not possible? What colors should we worry about?

Do you see your name? Each hall has a PBIS Bulletin Board designed to celebrate your behavior. – 6 th Grade: Galaxy of Green – 7 th Grade: Keepin’ it Green – 8 th Grade: Shining on Green Every student’s name is on the board. As long as you stay on GREEN or BLUE, your name remains on the board. If you come off of GREEN or BLUE, your name comes off the board. Students whose names stay on the board will be rewarded!

What will you earn? Each week, every student that stays on green all five days will receive a raffle ticket. Every student has the opportunity to earn up to 9 tickets for a prize drawing at the end of each nine week grading period. At every interim period, the students have the opportunity to participate in Reward Day activities. The activities and rewards will vary each interim period. *Ask your homeroom teacher what the rewards are. – Gold Star Students are the individuals that earn all green on their conduct charts. This is the highest level and will earn the most rewards. – Silver Star Students are the individuals that earn all green and blue on their conduct charts. This is the second highest level. – Bronze Star Students are the individuals that earn all green, blue, or yellow on their conduct charts. This is the last level of rewards. *Students that earn RED or PURPLE during the 4 ½ week period will not participate in any Reward Day activities. When the new interim period begins, all students are back on green and are eligible for the next Rewards Day.

GOOD LUCK! We hope your name stays on the board the WHOLE TIME! Remember, YOU are responsible for YOU!
