Notes for future presentations/ Diagrams ?different shapes to represent different types of organisation or to illustrate different pathway clusters Value chains to demonstrate how different organisations can contribute to different parts of the chain – some may not be related to offending but to other health/social factors that can best contribute to that part of the chain Case studies that demonstrate how organisations can contribute to different parts of the chain To make point that cultural shift is required. Relationships will be longer term and all involved will take joint responsibility for the outcomes. Needs to reflect that the flow of ideas is from outside towards centre To explore how to reflect that the power not where money is and how to represent the other type of resources that member organisations may contribute Ideas for centre circle: –Offender/ offender need –Cash –OSB –Aim-like organisation –Segmented circle with different colours to represent a network of different types of organisation that are co- ordinating the network and ensuring relationships are positive and productive and outcomes being met Agencies outside circle to include LAs, Health commissioners etc.
