Create a Vision Board for Success and see the transformative power of your vision. In the most literal sense, a vision board is a collection of images and notes attached to a board and placed somewhere that you can see it every day. A vision board, at it’s core, is a daily reminder; a visual representation of all the things that you want to do, be, and have in your life. It’s your deepest desires, ATTENTION is powerful, and where your attention goes, your energy flows.

It’s your chance to open yourself to your true desires. Your chance to sit with yourself and discover what you really want most. It’s the path to the you that you REALLY want to be. It’s you Your dreams Your best self Just waiting to be…

“So, why should I make one? What is a vision board going to help me do?” Essentially, a vision board is going help you answer three questions: 1.) If money, people’s opinions and judgments, and fear were not factors, what would you do, be, and have? 2.) What beliefs or things would you have to let go of to create this in your life? 3.) What would you have to believe in order to be, do, and have these things?

Reflection Questions Get out a lined piece of paper. Title: Reflection Questions and put your 1 st & last name right side. Place your vision board in front of you and lined paper. Answer the following questions one at a time: #1 When you were putting your vision board together, what surprised you the most when you reflected upon your future, the to do, to be and to have? #2 How will you use your vision board for inspiration to achieve the elements you chose? #3 You will now visualize yourself doing, being and having these elements in your future, when Kissinger says go, you will: Close your eyes then create pictures in your mind to see, feel, and do. Imagine yourself with your mind and heart, use your 5 senses… Kissinger will tell you when a minute is up then you will open your eyes. Reminder: ATTENTION is powerful, and where your attention goes, your energy flows. What did you find easy or difficult from the #3 exercise of attention while closing and visualizing? Explain why it was either easy or difficult?
