Learning Outcomes Responsibility Obedience Cleanliness Honesty Day of Judgement and Hereafter Muslim from different Nations

Responsibility is a big word Responsibility is a big word. It means something that is our duty or job. We are responsible for something that we own or control. As you grow up your responsibility will increase Responsibility also means to think and use our brain and to act in a good way. Allah gives us salat at fixed times. We can learn to be responsible by praying salat on time. While in a Masjid, we can practise to be responsible by keeping quiet when the teacher/ Imam is talking. We should not make excuses or blame others if we do not finish our job. Allah tells that we are responsible for our own work.

OBEDIENCE Obedience means to follow the teachings or orders of someone. It means that we obey orders. As Muslims we obey orders from Allah. He asked us to pray 5 Salat every day and He asked us to be truthful and to be kind, He also asked us to follow the teachings in the Quran. If we listen to the orders of Allah, we are obedient to Him. Allah also asked us to obey Rasulullah (S). Allah had sent our dear Prophet Muhammed (S) to show us how to live and how to treat others. If we obey to Rasulullah (S) then we are obeying Allah

Allah told us to listen to our parents so we should also obey our parents. Whenever our parents tells us to study its for out benefit, to pray 5 times a day, to go bed early is for our benefit. When we are at school/Madrasa we should obey to our teachers. If we dont listen to our teachers, we don’t learn. We should obey elders We should NOT obey shaitaan. He does not want anything good for us.

CLEANLINESS We should wear clean clothes. It makes us feel good CLEANLINESS We should wear clean clothes. It makes us feel good. We need clean clothes for salat. If we come out of the bathroom with dirty clothes, we must change our clothes and we must wash our hands after coming out of the bathroom. we wash our hands before we eat. We eat from a clean plate and we keep our table clean. We do not want to drop food on our clothes

We should have a clean mind. This means we do not think of bad things We should have a clean mind. This means we do not think of bad things. We should be careful of what we are saying and the words we use. This means we shouldn’t use bad language when talking to others. We must make sure our body and clothes are clean when touching or reading the Quran. We should keep the Quran in a clean place and touch the Quran with clean hands.

HONESTY Honesty has different meanings HONESTY Honesty has different meanings. One meaning is that we are true to others and also to us. We are honest if we admit our mistake. Lets read the following story and see what we should do

Lets us say that your father had left his glass of juice on the table Lets us say that your father had left his glass of juice on the table. You were jumping around and hit the glass. The juice spilled all over the prayer rug. When your father came back he thought maybe it was the cat that tripped the glass. The cat cannot talk so it cannot tell that you spilled the juice. what should you do? Should you say sorry to your dad and tell him that it wasn’t the cat?

Honestly also means that we keep our words Honestly also means that we keep our words. When we say something that we will do or not do, we should keep our words. Here is another story

You have a nice toy that you liked very much You have a nice toy that you liked very much. You shared it with your friends. At first he said he will give it back to you. Now he Is not keeping his word. He does not want to give the toy back to you. How would u feel?

Allah told us to be honest and truthful, we should stand up for the truth. All the prophets taught us to be truthful.

DAY OF JUDGMENT AND THE HEREAFTER Allah is the creator of everything. Everything that He created will come to and end one day. In spring trees are full of leaves. In fall all the leaves fall and die. Today billions of people are on earth. One day the people will also go away. Only Allah lives forever. Nobody else lives forever. Even the world will not remain forever. After everything is destroyed, Allah will make all the dead people alive again. The day of judgment will begin. On the day of judgment, Allah will set up a scale. Our good deeds will be weighed on the scale. If our scale is heavy we will go to heaven, if our scale is light it will be bad for us. At the end of judgment Allah will discipline those who were evil

After day of judgment we get another life After day of judgment we get another life. This is the life of the hereafter. Our life in this earth is short. The life in the hereafter will last forever. The good people will be in jannat, which Is a Garden. This is a place of peace

MUSLIMS FROM DIFFERENT NATIONS When you go to a masjid, you will find different kinds of people from all over the world. All of them are muslims. You will see some people have fair skin and some have dark skin. The colour of skin maybe different but we are all Muslims. People talk in different languages, you will hear some people speaking Englis, Arabic or Urdu or Somali or Indonesian or some other languages.

Muslim speak many different languages, but they all learn Arabic Muslim speak many different languages, but they all learn Arabic. So it’s the most important language as the Quran is written in Arabic. Everyday we make salat In Arabic Whenever we go for Hajj, we see muslim’s from all over the world. You will see people from Turkey, Iran, Malaysia, China, India, Japan and every other nation of the world Allah wants u to dress in a modest way For iftar, many muslim people bring different kinds of food. Muslims from all over the world are our brothers and sisters. What we wear, how we look or what we eat do not make us a better than other muslim. The best muslim is the one who loves Allah and Obeys Him.

The next step is to go over revision from the 5 units for the next 2 month before we sit the final paper to determine if u can sit the next level Over the period of time we will be very busy getting everything ready We will go over Exam type Questions etc You will get a lot of help, class time for support and a lot of prints out Study time?? You will hopefully soon start getting a lot of time in class nearer the exam times to study during class and focus on Islamic Studies more.
