Inconsistencies between National and County waste management plan – quality of input data Land ownership problem

Republic of Croatia Ministry of Environmental Protection, Physical Planning and Construction Experience with IPA (3) - poor input – poor output: feasibility study - inconsistent, does not prove the sustainability of the described system – project immature Feasibility study needs to be revised Do not merge major and minor project (< 10 mil) – define the objective better - Lack of Capacity and professional experience for the project preparation and project appraisal: final recipients, consultants / national authorities
