Move tool: used to move images or selected pieces of an image Rectangular marquee tool: used to select or cut different parts of an image Lasso tool: used to select specific parts of an image

Quick selection tool: used to select specific parts of an image Crop tool: process of removing portions of an image to create focus Slice tool: allows you to divide an image into smaller sections which fit together like a jigsaw

Spot healing brush tool: quickly removes blemishes and imperfections in photos Brush tool: used for painting and adding color to images Clone stamp tool: useful for duplicating objects or removing defects in an image

History brush tool: works like undo in Word Eraser tool: used to erase part of an image Gradient tool: creates a gradual blend between multiple colors

Blur tool: used to blur an image or a small part of an image Dodge tool: used to modify pictures/images Pen tool: standard pen tool draws with greatest precision
