Collaboration Responsibilities Peer reviews of annual Assessment Reports Active participation in Assessment Council Serve as resource for other departments seeking assessment advice; refer to peers or SAREP if feedback required is beyond your knowledge Coordinate with other council members to further the assessment efforts in the division Benefits Peer reviewed feedback Make connections across the Division Professional networking opportunities Opportunities for cross- departmental collaborations Supportive and honest feedback, encouragement, and sharing of ideas Cake

Leadership within Departments Responsibilities Provide leadership for ongoing departmental assessment efforts Department contact for assessment-related software (Campus Labs, Qualtrics, ipods) Commitment to submitting departmental assessment report annually by 9/15 or 1/15 Liaison between department and Assessment Council; Informs department of division-wide assessment efforts & works to align departmental work with priorities of the Division and University Be part of departmental assessment team Coordinate efforts to determine assessment ideals within the organization you represent Coordinate assessment activities within department Educate department on assessment Benefits
