Attitude: One Piece of the Education Puzzle PASS 0900

Attitude Do you study just enough to get a passing grade and really don’t care if you do your best? Do you wait until the last minute to complete assignments, study for exams, and write papers? Attitude While intelligence and hard work play important parts in determining your success in college and in life, attitude plays an equally important part. If attending classes, completing assignments, and studying for exams is not a priority in you life you will have a difficult time being successful in school. Attitude The cold hard facts are: you can’t change the courses required for your degree. you can’t change the difficulty level of your courses. you can’t change the assignments that are required for your classes. However you CAN change the way in which you handle these challenges by adjusting your ATTITUDE toward school. Attitude You have control of the priorities you set in your life and the amount of time you spend on life activities. To be successful in college you must make the commitment to yourself to make school one of your top priorities. Obtaining a college education is a privilege, not a right.
