EAPS Demographics 38 Faculty –12.5% Women --> ~ 16% with current hires coming over the next year 160 Graduate Students –5 educational programs including MIT/WHOI (47%) –> 95 % in doctoral programs –46% Women –32% International Students 42 Undergraduates –4 options to complete the major –69% Women

Use of MIT Resources Use of Career Services –Frequent: 0% –Occasional: 12.9% –Never: 87.1% Quality of Experience –Excellent/Vry Good: 33% –Good: 33% –Fair/Poor: 33% The Teaching and Learning Laboratory was not specifically included in the survey. But, 16.4% have taken a course, workshop, or orientation on teaching.
