Comenius game rules of the game

There are 49 cards. Each card has one of the Comenius partnership countries’ symbol printed on it. At 1 card there’s no symbol. That card is a JOCKER and it replaced by another card, you need to collect a set of country symbol.

The symbols are: – The flag, – the capital city’s name, – the geographical coordinates, – the famous architectonical monument, – „good morning” phrase in official language

Each Commenius partnership country is represented by 6 symbols Each Commenius partnership country is represented by 6 symbols.

The game winner has to collect all symbols of one country as quickly as possible, before other players achieve that goal.

To make the game more exciting, every 10 seconds each player must change one of his cards, passing it to the next player sitting on the right side and accept the one which comes from the left side player.

At the beginning of the game each player receives randomly selected 7 cards and the short list of the possible country’s symbols. The game starts when everybody checks and knows the received cards.

Every player has to pass on one, the less useful card to the right side sitting player and accept the one which comes from the left side neighbour. Each 10 seconds that cycle is repeated. The game is on as long as one of the participants collects all 6 symbols of freely chosen country.

The example: All players are sitting at the table. Each player has already received 7 cards and hides cards in hand trying to build the strategy to the quickest collection the chosen symbols.

When the time is on, every player has 10 seconds to decide which card should be passed to the next player sitting on the right side.

Again 10 seconds to think and the cards must be passed. That cycle is repeated unless one of the X player collects all 6 symbols of chosen country. The winner is allowed now to present all collected cards on the table. The X player is the winner!
