Foreword by Daniel McCartney As leader of the International Party Against Racism and Discrimination (IPARD), I present this manifesto to my fellow school friends. It’s objective is to promote the ideas for which IPARD stands and show how we propose to put them into action. Work well done carries confidence and this shows that our methods for the future will succeed. Our idea is to use what was brilliant in the past and create a future which is superior. Equality is the best quality!

Health by Ellie May Moore As secretary for Health I propose: To put more money into finding a cure for cancer. Train more specialist cancer doctors. Improve hospital conditions by rebuilding or expanding hospitals. Improve the quality of medicines. Upgrade all ambulances to ensure waiting times are reduced. Set up more health charities to raise much needed funds. Encourage more people to join in the fight against Ebola.

Defence by Emma Robb As secretary for Defence I propose: Employ more specialists to fight cyber crime. Encourage more young people to join the armed forces by increasing their pay and improving living conditions. Put more funding into building ‘state of the art’ radars and training special forces. Improve the fight against terrorism.

Education by Stephen King As secretary for Education I propose: Free school meals for all children. Have more languages taught in schools. Increase teachers wages. Students choose the subjects they study, particularly in secondary school. Improve PE in schools and have sessions run by specialists after school. Cut university fees.

Poverty by Harley McEllin As secretary for Poverty I propose: Increase the size of food banks. Create jobs for people who are in poverty. Give more food aid to countries that are experiencing famine. Build more homeless shelters. Provide seeds for 3 rd world countries so that they can grow their own crops. Provide water pumps for poor countries.
