What caused Intelligence Evolutionary psychology believed intelligence is a sort of production from evolution. Means intelligence are developing step by step It comes from need, It is well known that single-celled organisms and plants do not have intelligence, Why? Because they are asexual reproduction, if they could survive than they could reproduce. But animals are sexual reproduction, So they need find a balance between reproduce and survive. Intelligence comes from conflit.
