It’s hard to live in a world that’s obsessed with looking perfect It’s hard to be yourself in a world obsessed with perfection

Comparing yourself to others is like comparing snowflakes: We are all unique

You don’t need to look a certain way in order to care for yourself

Harsh self judgement doesn’t lead to lasting change

Many people are struggling to feel ok about their bodies: You are not alone

Struggle isn’t ‘failure’, it’s part of living

When things get tough, be kind to yourself.
