Final Assignment part 1: revise stairs Some minor markups

Part 2: Toilet room calculations and design Description: Design public restrooms for a bar/restaurant, providing four female toilet stalls and two male toilet stalls. Use the Sonsie building, and consider site lines from adjacent spaces. Dimension mounting heights and clearance around all elements controlled by the accessibility code and the building code. These include but are not limited to access to doors, handicapped turnaround, clearances around toilet fixtures, and heights of different toilet room specialties. Include text notes describing all toilet specialties and all finish materials.

Drawings Floor plan Elevations of all parts of the bathroom. All drawings at ½”=1’-0” minimum. Due: Tuesday December 20th, period T2: 10:15 a.m.– 12:15 pm Extra credit: Draw a tile pattern on the floor and/or walls Draw a detail of a marble threshold separating the ceramic tile of the toilet room from carpet in the access corridor, indicating materials AND code compliance.
