Presentation transcript:

Do you play any sports? To tell the truth, I should say that I don’t do any sports. But I regularly do some exercises to keep feet. It helps me to become stronger and more energetic, and at the same time more self- controlled. For many people sport is the best way to regulate energy, weight and mood. But I can’t say that sport plays the most important role in my life. I love dancing. It makes me feel happier and more optimistic and help to cope with daily stresses.

Which sports do you like\not like? I respect absolutely all kinds of sports. Sport unites people of all classes and nationalities and teaches us to be a part of team. For me extreme sport is the best kind of sport, but unfortunately I have never tried it, but I’m sure it wouldn’t leave me indifferent. It’s feeling of freedom and, of course, risk of disaster, that most like a lot.

What is your favorite sport? I don’t do any sports and have never tried one of all kinds, so I can’t say what is my favorite. I think I would like one of extreme sports, skydiving, for example. I like the idea of jumping out of a plane, it’s so thrilling and risky at the same time. Extreme sport is sport, where risk is the most important thing.

How often do you play sports? I don’t play sports, but I every day do some exercises. But if I did sport, I would do it during all my free time. Of course, sometimes I watch sport reports and competitions on TV and try to be well-informed about the latest sports news, But I’m not very interested in sports, as I play none of the kinds.

Why do young people like to play sport? Many young people like sports a lot. Firstly it makes our body more flexible, increase our strength and tone the muscles. Secondly sport is a good way of meeting people. And finally our life becomes more and more comfortable and that is the reason why the need for us to go in for sports is so pressing. More and more people do in for physical activity, because they understand that sport is the only way to stay healthy.
