Line of Intervention 1 Information and Awareness on GED Planned activity Develop information materials on greening experiences of MSMEs and LGUs and conduct sensitization activities to convince MSMEs of the business case to go green Status Case Examples of greening of MSMEs and LGUs Assembled case examples from similar projects of MSMEs adopting climate smart and environment friendly technologies Developed an ongoing inventory of LGU case examples of promoting green economic development MSMEs and LGUs realize that being environment friendly and climate smart makes economic sense

Line of Intervention 1 Information and Awareness on GED Planned activity Develop information materials on greening experiences of MSMEs and LGUs and conduct sensitization activities to convince MSMEs of the business case to go green Sensitization Activities for MSMEs Bohol: – Conducted a series of activities participated in by 102 MSMEs resulting in the updated action plans per sector, prioritizing activities along the six hotspots – Conducted the DTI SME Roving Academy with 3 sessions on GED and participated in by 104 MSMEs MSMEs and LGUs realize that being environment friendly and climate smart makes economic sense

Line of Intervention 1 Information and Awareness on GED Planned activity Develop information materials on greening experiences of MSMEs and LGUs and conduct sensitization activities to convince MSMEs of the business case to go green Sensitization Activities for MSMEs Cebu: – Organized 6 FGDs for the Health and Wellness Tourism Value chain participated in by 56 MSMEs, where each group identified their impacts on the environment and the corresponding hotspots – Supported the EKO Conference with ECCP Smart Cebu Project on the theme “Promoting Green Economic Development” where 165 participants attended MSMEs and LGUs realize that being environment friendly and climate smart makes economic sense
