Background information about creation of the process Scientists had doubts about the capability of this process due to the principle of quantum mechanics. “According to the principle of quantum mechanics, the very act of measuring a tiny particle destroys it, so an exact replica can never be made.”

Teleportation and how it works Step 1= Making an exact copy of the material make up of the object being transported. Step 2= Transporting this copy to a different location. Step 3= Destroying of the original object.
