Knowledge Knowing that (facts and information) Knowing how (the ability to do something) Experience of worker. The plan and process create products and services. File and document. The action plans in the future.

Business Management Skills Why do businesses need highly skilled people? Use a rigorous and disciplined process for setting an agenda that concentrates on the important, rather than the urgent. To produce real decisions Concentrate on your business management strategy.

The competition for skilled workers Business will be more flexible. Material and immaterial. Enterprise will be sustainable development, create firm position on the market with competitors. Innovation and creation. Management, operation processes will be properly oriented.

Outsourcing (1) Outsourcing is a form of transfer a few functions of the company to outside to process. Many large companies now outsource jobs such as accounting, law, human resources, call center services, services, payroll … call centerpayroll The fact that it often saves money.

Outsourcing (2) Allows companies to focus on other business. The specialized company that handles the outsourced work is often streamlined, has world-class capabilities and access to new technology that a company couldn't afford to buy on their own. Outsourcing is a cost-effective way to start building foundations in other countries.

Limit of outsourcing Eliminates direct communication between a company and its clients. To delayed communications and project implementation.

Benefits of outsourcing Cost-effective labor. Saving seats overwork also help reduce costs for company. Ensure work is always operating. Save time & good quality.
