BAROK is: Registered on 11 th of March 2008 – f.d.№163/2008 of Sofia City Court Head office – Sofia,1504, 3’ Panayot Volov, str. Legal entity – non – profit society with public benefit

The main objectives of BAROK are: To co-ordinate the activity of it’s members and develop their capacity for participation in the social dialog in culture field To represent and defend the right and interests of the employers in the social dialog in culture field on municipality and national level To represent it’s members in collective bargaining in culture field To represent it’s members in national and branch three way cooperation on municipality and national level in the culture field To represent it’s members in front of Ministry of culture, other state and municipality entities, as well as in front of Bulgarian, foreign and international employers or syndicate organizations, for development the social dialog in culture field in municipality, national, European and International level

The main activities of BAROK are: Pleading for development, establishment and assistance of the social dialog in culture Rising of the qualification of the persons, who are in charge of the governing in culture Establishment of regulations for professional ethics in the governing in the culture field in correspondence with the international standards Reassurance of the politics for improvement of the work conditions in the culture field Establishment of standards for consumer’s attendance of culture products and services Establishment of standards for governing of the quality in the culture Organizational and technical development in culture Making decisions concerning the problems of the financing of culture Making decisions concerning the social problems of the workers and servants, hired in culture Making up arguments, which could occur in culture field with the establishment of independent arbitration commission at BAROK

BAROK WILL USE IT’S CAPACITY FOR: 1.Development and establishment of the social dialog in culture 2.Organization of informational, training and promotional acts for development of the social dialog in culture 3.Assistance for the qualification of the persons who are in charge of the governing of culture 4.Assistance for development of the scientific and applicable science researches in management of culture and social dialog in culture 5.Assistance for professional training in culture 6.Assistance for good management in culture
