3 Evolution of Statistics Work in Thailand  1915 Statistical Forecast Bureau (SFB) was found under Ministry of The Royal Treasury  1951 SFB was upgraded to Central Statistical Office under National Economic Council  1952 First Statistics Act was enacted to outline National Statistical System  1965 Statistics Act was promulgated by amending 1952 Act Seminar on Innovations in Official Statistics
