People who abuse children look and act just like everyone else.

34% of victims are abused by family members.

59% of victims are abused by people the family trusts.

814 children and families received case coordination and other help from Kristi House last year.

Last year Kristi House therapists provided more than 7,000 hours of counseling for children.

1 in 3 girls and 1 in 6 boys will be sexually abused by the age of 18.

Kristi House provides transportation to help families get the services they need – 621 trips last year.

New in this 1999 photo, the van now has more than 200,000 miles on it…

Each month an average of 56 new cases of child sexual abuse come to Kristi House.

There are 40 million survivors of child sexual abuse in America today.

93% of all victims know their abusers.
