1 Sent 28 students off to college with Optimist International scholarships.

2 Assisted Optimist International in funding JOOI and $60,198 in Childhood Cancer Campaign competitive grants.

3 Assisted Optimist Clubs in receiving $37,140 in funding for their charitable projects through the Outsourcing programme.

4 Established a Charitable Gift Planning Council.

5 Committed to fund new increased amounts for Optimist International scholarships beginning in 2010.

6 Was supported by 100% of OIFC District Foundation Representatives and 87% of Canadian Governours.

7 Increased unrestricted giving by five percent.

8 Nearly tripled its first-year goal for Century Circle by receiving gifts from 292 members (as compared to an original goal of 100).

9 Achieved an average dollar-per-Member gift of $13.38.

10 Recognized three District Foundation Representatives as Distinguished.
