Thesis Statement Review Begin with your topic. Create a question. Answer that question based on your research, and you have a thesis statement.

Thesis Statement Homework Write your tentative thesis statement on a note card.

Bibliography Cards (Back) 1.Prepare your note card. 2.On the back of the note card, in the top left corner, write your topic. 3.Determine which source you will use. 4.In the top right hand corner, write the number of the source card. (for example, source card #1) 5.Find a quote and write it on the back of your note card. 6.In the bottom right hand corner, write the page number in which the quote was found. 7.Turn to page 11 in your research packet for a model.
