Eating habits of Americans

How to Read a Nutrition Label It is important to look at how many servings are in a package. Often what seems like a single serving may actually be several servings. Calories basically equate to energy. Lots of calories is what leads to weight gain. Looking at the sugar line will tell you how any of the carbs come from sugar.

Entrees It is important to plan healthy meals. That is the goal of Chef Scott’s Kitchen This page has a recipe for Taquitos I developed the recipe myself, and it’s really delicious and healthy.

Healthy Snacks Good snack choices are part of a balanced diet. Vegetables are great snack choices

Exercise Exercise is also a vital part of a healthy lifestyle Try to get 30 min a day of exercise Exercise helps you feel better about yourself, and improves health
