Engineer Training Machine Computer TJ8300 / TJ8500 Confidential 2 PC Structure  On 4U frame  Possibility of sliding out the (on rails), enabling easy access to the internal boards without disconnecting any cables from the computer’s rear side  Powered by two Intel Xeon 2.2 GHz processors  3 GB RAM  40 GB SCSI hard drive

Engineer Training Machine Computer TJ8300 / TJ8500 Confidential 3 Boards  ILP2000 – Printing Data Processing Board: Reads the image data, which is loaded into the memory, using the DMA (Direct Memory Access) method, without using CPU time for accelerating the process. (not applicable for machines 100 and up)  TTLC – RS422 Transmitter Board: Receives data signals from the ILP2000 board and transmits them to the MTFX-QLM box. (not applicable for machines 100 and up)  I/O – Input/Output board: Connects the QLM box to other sub-systems. (not applicable for machines 100 and up)

Engineer Training Machine Computer TJ8300 / TJ8500 Confidential 4 Outputs  COM 1 – Responsible for serial communication with the CCB, STC and bridge heating. Connected to the J10 port in the Control unit.  COM 2 – Responsible for serial communication with the I/O board. Connected to the J11 port in the Control unit.

Engineer Training Machine Computer TJ8300 / TJ8500 Confidential 5 Outputs (Cont.)  First USB – Dongle  Second USB (COM 4) – Responsible for serial communication with the DHC (Drum Heat Controller board). Connected to the control unit J12 port Via USB to Serial-232 adaptor.  Third USB (COM 3) – Responsible for serial communication with inkjet driver boards. Connected to the control unit J14 port Via USB to Serial-232 adaptor.
