Optimism Assembly

Is the glass half full or half empty?

Things Optimistic People do.. They: Like themselves; Avoid negative people and situations; Are realistic – they know that life is not always going to be amazing; Use positive words and gestures.

Things that you can do to make yourself more optimistic When in a negative situation ask yourself these questions: What is one positive thing in this situation? What can I learn from this situation?

Surround yourself with optimistic people. Optimism is contagious so spending time with like minded people will encourage you to be more optimistic.
