9 What’s Next Staff Evaluation – Details –Staff Evaluation Elements In the Staff Demographics & Employment File –Items Evaluation Date – must be in valid date format –Definition: For Teachers and Principals, the date when their evaluation is expected to be final. NOTE: Optional until March 2011 Evaluation Results – choose from option set –Definition: For Teachers and Principals, if the evaluation is complete (evaluation date is in the past) then what is the performance level from the evaluation. NOTE: Optional until March 2011 Student Performance Considered - Y/N/X option set –Definition: For Teachers and Principals, is student performance or student growth included in the staff members evaluation. NOTE: Optional until March 2011
