 Unshaken belief and purity of thought  Without faith in God, man is blind; without it, you are moving corpses.  Faith in God is the bed-rock on which one's life should be built  Many people consider themselves as devotees. As long as they have faith in God, their devotion remains steady. When their devotion wavers, their mind also wavers. Real faith does not waver under any circumstances. Come what may, your devotion should not waver, even if you are cut to pieces. That is steady, unwavering, and unsullied devotion. Develop such steady and selfless devotion.

 One of the main reasons people loose faith in God is because of the universal question WHY? Why did God allow this to happen?. Why did not God do this or that. Why does God allow war. If God loves all mankind why...? And so on and so on.  Devotion should not be converted into a form of business  Example: Lost job Friends left him alone. I Can’t imagine he didn’t help me I don’t think he is going to save me I think I lost my faith in God Got job back Friends are back. God brought me all of these things back God does love me Faith became stronger/restored It was my luck!! Why me God? Truth: The man’s faith was never restored because it was never lost, He has never had faith in God, he just had faith in life conditions.

Once there was a man who asked God for a flower..& a butterfly. But instead God gave him a cactus..& a caterpillar. The man was sad, he didn’t understand why his request was mistaken. Then he thought: Oh well, God has too many people to care for & decided not to question. After some time, the man went to check up on his request that he had left forgotten. To his surprise, from the thorny & ugly cactus a beautiful flower had grown and the unsightly caterpillar had been transformed into the most beautiful butterfly.

 GOD always does things right!  His way is ALWAYS the best way, even if to us it seems all wrong.  If you asked GOD for one thing & received another TRUST HIM!.  You can be sure that He will always give you what you need at the appropriate time.  What you want ….Is not always what you need!  God never fails to grant our petitions, so keep on going for Him without doubting or murmuring.  Today’s THORN... Is tomorrow’s FLOWER!  GOD GIVES THE VERY BEST TO THOSE WHO LEAVE THE CHOICES UP TO HIM So why not try to leave the choice to him

 Where there is FAITH, there is LOVE; Where there is LOVE; there is PEACE; Where there is PEACE; there is GOD; Where there is GOD; there is BLISS  Where there is mistake, there is fear; where there is love, there is no fear  God's ways may not be easy to comprehend. But whatever God does is only out of His boundless love to help the devotees. Some do not understand this and attribute partiality to God. This is due to ignorance.  True devotees should not give room for such doubts and undermine their faith in God. They should always try to strive to seek the One Divine in the many.  When you do not stray from the straight path, when you hold fast to truth and when you do not lose courage, your failure is as creditable as success.

 Don't blame God if difficulties confront you. Regard even those difficulties as gifts from God intended for your good. Life is a succession of good and bad. If you take in your stride these ups and downs of life with firm faith in God, the Divine will take good care of you. Always remember the Lord's name. – baba  Always think of everything as “its all for my own good”  Awareness that God is Omnipresent.  When you are depressed by what appears to be loss or calamity, engage yourselves in Naamasmarana, the recitation and recollection of the Names of the Lord; that will give you consolation, courage and true perspective.  Self-confidence is the basis of faith  When you thoroughly clean your heart, you can very well see God.  Faith alone can win aanandha

 Reduce the burden of your desires.  God does not give anything to people except ananda (bliss). Having experienced ananda, do not criticise the One who has provided it to you. Both happiness and sorrow are the reflection of your own actions. When God loves you, it means that God loves Himself  I am God. My Atma is God On the foundation of Faith, erect the four pillars of Sathya, Dharma, Shaanthi and Prema and upon them, raise the Mansion of your earthly Life. That is the richest property you can earn here.

You came empty handed, you will leave empty handed. What is yours today, belonged to someone else yesterday, and will belong to someone else day the day after tomorrow.. It is this false happiness that is the cause of your sorrows. Change is the law of the universe. What you think of as death, is indeed life. In one instance you can be a millionaire, and in the other instance you can be steeped in poverty. Yours and mine, big and small - erase these ideas from your mind. Then everything is yours and you belong to everyone. This body is not yours, neither are you of the body. The body is made of fire, water, air, earth and ether, and will disappear into these elements. But the soul is permanent - so who are you? Dedicate your being to God. He is the one to be ultimately relied upon. Those who know of His support are forever free from fear, worry and sorrow. Whatever you do, do it as a dedication to God. This will bring you the tremendous experience of joy and life-freedom forever. GOD IS NOTHING BUT THE SUPREME SELF WITHIN YOU.
