Meetings/Dates:  1 st Szombathely October 2011  2 nd London: January 2012 (no. of S+age – by the end of Nov., no. of guests, date of departure > hotel)  3 rd Sanlucar: April 2012 (no. of S+age – by 30 March, no. of guests, date of departure > hotel)

 4 th Istanbul: October 2012  5 th Larvik: March 2013  6 th Final presentation in Oberwart: June 2013

 The partners are divided into working groups:  "Website group" NO+TR: responsible for the update of the website after each project meeting and uploading materials (e-book). Use of eTwinning.  "Book group" HU+A+ GB: structure, design and layout the printed book. They check and proofread the draft.  "Questionnaire group" GR+E: create the questionnaire for teachers and students, evaluating the results of each partner school and present them.  Austria gives input on different learning-to-learn techniques/methods coordinating school schedules the timeframe.  equal contribution of all schools.  each participant has to work on all tasks and at the same time

 Website/Homepage - start/when? - photos of meetings, ongoing activities at school - calendar?

 Etwinning - improvement of communication!!! - how to involve students? – yes, before going abroad -establish contact with host families - skype? - regular checks of s!!!  STICK to Deadlines!!!

 “Between each project meeting we will have conference calls via Skype. We will also use eTwinning, and our website for exchanging information on ongoing processes also as a forum for questions and answers.”  SMILE – Logo - Ideas? Styles? Smiley? - Having a contest – bring the best 2 logos to London (prize-trip to country of your choice?)

 Differentiation  Individualisation  Learning games

 Focus on the strengths of a student – basis for assessment.  „If a child does not learn the way you teach, then teach him/her the way s/he learns.” Dr Harry Chasty, UK psychologist and international consultant on learning

 Between the 1 st and 2 nd meeting: - Training Days take place in each school: 2-3 days - pupils get to know at least 6 methods which they can apply in their everyday school life - each school presents the Training Days at school events  2 nd meeting in London: - feedback and evaluation of the Training Days - exchanging posters and other resources developed by the pupils (power point, pictures, film, posters) - planning of Project days on a specific topic

 2 days 1 st day:  Which learning type are you?  What do you need?  How can you improve your learning strategy?  Constructivist Learning Theory 2 nd day + 3 rd day:  Try out and practise some methods!

 2-3 days  Include min. 6 methods  1-2 NEW methods YOU use at your school > short presentation > product for London  Involve other colleagues  Take pictures!  (A: input – portfolio work, ESP)

 Ideas for LOGO – bring the 2 best ideas to London  E-twinning > register as soon as possible  Bring photos + products of Training Days > prepare a short presentation  Introduce 1-2 NEW methods YOU use at your school > short presentation
