Presentation transcript:

Gasngo™ fleet offer Mexican fleets owner will enjoy gasngo™ network services

Internal thoughts When approaching a fleet we have to take into considerations few issues: Retailed fuel prices in Mexico are fixed prices and discounts are not allowed by law. There is a common habit of “cash back” meaning bribe that the station owner pay the fleet’s decision maker. When a fleet is a small or even mediocre the fleet manager might be the owner him self. Gasngo™ can not pay bribes. Because of these facts it is important to learn about each fleet we are going to approach: Who is the decision maker? – Is he the owner? It is better for us if the owner is not the normal fleet related issues decision maker. If possible to learn about “cash backs” of the fleet. We should approach the normal decision maker boss if possible / try to involve CFO if possible.. We should recommend the boss to pay a special bonus for the fleet manager out of the budget saving that the system will make. In special cases we might want to conceder a special service rate per specific fleet from the station. that special rate will be paid to the fleet owner as a gasngo™ service discount. In any way, each fleet recruiting, (especially the first few) will be approached after deep thinking by management, partners and BOD.

Who is Gasngo™ Gasngo™ México is a service company owned by, and the gasngo™ solution manufacturer Gasngo™ México is connecting thousands of individual gasoline stations creating a gasoline station network. Gasngo™ México network supplies fleet services to our fleet customers using, AVI technology. gasngo™ México is using BANORTE Bank for all customers’ and stations’ money handling

What is AVI Automatic Vehicle Identification Means The ability to create an unbreakable identification bond between vehicle and billing information. The ability to refuel your vehicle without using a visible method of payment.

How does it work? Vehicle RFID sticker Nozzle mounted transceiver A simple electronic device is installed on every fleet vehicle and each nozzle in the gas station. The pump will open only if an authorized vehicle is identified. In case the driver inserts the nozzle to an unauthorized vehicle, fuel will not be dispensed. Vehicle tag, once removed from vehicle will not work anymore. That is to avoid misuse.

Gasngo™ becomes the main supplier for Fleet Management control One contract - full needed coverage. Full control over fleet’s fuel consumption Substantial theft reduction Banorte Special service offer for gasngo™ customers Online fleet had office control services Enhanced management Electronic Purse tax compliance Significantly reduced paper work. You will pay less and get more!

One contract – full needed coverage. Now you don’t have to get an agreement for each station you want your fleet to use. You will have one credit \ debit line You will get one payment order for all your fleet’s fuel consumption. You will have one service contact team 24*7 that will help you control your fleet. All your fuel consumption report will look the same. In every way you think, you will have a better controlling fleet behavior and expenses.

Full control over fleet’s fuel consumption Using gasngo™, each vehicle will be installed with a vehicle unit that will –Insure online authorization before start refueling. –Stops refueling if tag is removed during refueling, (makes sure all your paid fuel is going into vehicle’s tank). –Allow you to enable / disable a vehicle unit from anywhere. –Gives you full control over your fleets vehicle refueling permeations, (permitted stations per vehicle, maximum quantities, fuel type, days and hours, allowed stations etc’). –Odometer information on refueling (optional).

Substantial theft reduction Gasngo™ Vehicle identification unit makes sure –With gasngo™ installed vehicle refueling is fully automatic and does not require any papers, cards or other driver interfering. –Only approved vehicle can be authorized. –During all of the refueling process the gasngo™ system makes sure the vehicle tag is in place. Makes it impossible to take the nuzzle of the vehicle inlet and refuel another. With the fleet head office services you have the power to dominate full control over your fleet at all times.

Banorte Special service offer for gasngo™ customers Gasngo™ has an exclusive special service agreement with Banorte bank for special credit \ debit banking accounts for the gasngo™ network and fleets. Your money will be secured with your own special account with Banorte. Your account will be billed by the gasngo™ billing service. The money will be transferred from your account directly to the stations. All Credit or debit issues will be handled directly with the bank according to the gasngo™ - Banorte offer. You don’t have to negotiate terms with each station separately. One network – One contract – One payment method – One price. You don’t even have to get up from the comfort of your own office to make deposits, get the reports – All available threw secured internet connection to gasngo™ Mexico fleet had office and Banorte web access services..

Online fleet head office services With Gasngo™ fleet head office service you have: –full online control over your fleet fuel consumption. Enable / disable vehicle refueling unit. Update vehicle allowance. Seeing who is refueling at present time. –Payments related activities, (debit deposit declaration etc’). –User friendly reports

Electronic Purse tax compliance has the Mexican tax authorities certificate for invoice compliance, That means that you don’t have to collect each transaction ticket for taxes. Gasngo™ bills, issues by ControlGas solution application is your bill and invoice.

Finally - Price list State-of-the-art technology enables first class service with prices you wouldn’t believe: Online network service fee for only10 USD a month. Vehicle tag45 USD (one time, per car) Vehicle Meter (odometer)54 USD (one time, per car) Installations fee 35 USD (one time, with meter) One time Online affiliation fee15 USD –Access to additional/new equipment at special gasngo pricelist.

Some more thoughts Banorte relationships The gasngo™ - Banorte is very important to gasngo™. As such gasngo™ should want to be able to use the Banorte brand and logo for it’s marketing materials. Gasngo™ must have some control over Banorte’s credit program for gas consumers in terms of: Interns. Assurance demands Clearance periods. Account opening process and documentation. Gasngo™ must be informed immediately when: An account was open A deposit was issued. A customer didn’t pay a debt. A customer was refused for credit. Legal steps began against a customer.

Some more thoughts 15 Other services to the fleets Gasngo™ will offer it’s fleets customers new services all the time. These services can be offered by the MOL, Customer services or FI (using the invoice platform). Such services might include: Car wash, Travel & / or distributing optimization. Other services that might become available once a nation wide network is established.

Fuel consumption reduction (month) Money you save

Once gasngo™ system is installed you will feel immediate reduction of the fuel consumption of your fleet. That affect will soon be dramatically changed, usually because of people who loose out of that reduction. –The system might suddenly show failure and even be broken time after time, either at station side or specific vehicles. –That is usually sabotage made by people who loose money because of it. They will say and do what ever to convince the system is not good. The Fleet Had Office service help the owner finger point the parties involves with that sudden increasing of consumption. –An immediate and tough response will assure the system efficiency for years to come. Once people are used to system, some more sophisticated parties might find their way to non substantial quantities of fuel thefts (usually from inside the tank after the fuel was dispensed). –Careful alertness might prevent or limit the quantity of such activities. Fuel consumption reduction (month) - explanations Exact numbers and percentage are different from one fleet to the other. The trend and directions are global
